This method integrates elements of dance, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic awareness to support both physical and emotional well-being.

What Is F.E.M.?

F.E.M. is a guided movement method that combines:
• Dance inspired movement to increase fluidity and expression
• Yoga based postures to build strength, mobility, and grounding
• Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
• Meditation to deepen inner awareness and connection
• Somatic awareness to support integration and embodiment
Each class is intentionally designed to move participants through a progression of grounding, activation, expression, integration, and rest.
This structure allows the body to safely open, release tension, and restore balance.
