What to Expect:

  • Shamanic Grounding Practices: Draw from ancient shamanic wisdom with grounding techniques that root you into the earth and your sacred purpose, connecting deeply with your body and spirit.

  • Intentional Arc of Music: Immerse yourself in a carefully curated musical journey that guides your movement, inviting you to embody the primal energy of your soul and embrace the spiritual essence of dance.

  • Shamanic Meditation Guidance: Receive gentle shamanic-inspired prompts as you dance, focusing on courage, self-expression, and connecting with the unseen. Align with your deeper callings and soul’s purpose.

  • Rest, Integration, Soulful Art, Journaling and Crystal Grids: After moving, take time to rest and integrate the energy you’ve cultivated. Engage in reflection through art, journaling, or creating crystal grids, deepening your connection to your journey. 

 

These workshops welcome all bodies and souls—no dance or meditation experience required. Allow yourself to move in ways that resonate with you, turning inward and letting your natural rhythms flow with the energy of the moment.

 

Facilitated by Wendy L. Bradshaw, a licensed Dance Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer and Shamanic Practitioner, these workshops provide a safe, sacred space to explore the healing power of embodied spirituality. Wendy brings her deep understanding of movement and shamanic practices to guide you on this transformative journey, where dance becomes a sacred modality for healing and connection.

The purpose of working with your chakras is simple: to help you to more fully embody your soul.

At the heart of dancing is the music

On one level, dance can be experienced as a joyful affirmation of who you truly are.

The seven major chakras are the energetic gateways through which body, mind, and spirit come together, literally embodying the soul. 

Using spontaneous dance, creativity, and imagination, leads to an awakening, a discovery of your true self.

But at a deeper level, dance is also about healing and balance.

By surrendering to the music of each chakra, we dance from the inside out and find ourselves awakening and healing ancient hurts; expressing – often for the first time – long-blocked emotions;

and opening ourselves up to levels of spiritual connection higher than we ever thought possible.
