Will there be homework or required practices?

What if I know little about my ancestry or spiritual background?

You are welcome exactly as you are. This journey honors your unique connection to life, nature, and the wisdom that already lives within you. No prior experience or lineage knowledge is needed.

 

I’ve done a lot of healing already. Will this be too basic?

This is not about fixing or revisiting the past—it’s about living what you’ve learned. DanceRituals™ meets you where you are and invites your wisdom to move through new expression and embodiment.

I live with chronic pain or burnout. Will this be too much for me?

This work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply restorative. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that honor your body. Rest, stillness, and subtle movement are always welcome. Your healing pace is perfect.

 

Do I need to bring any tools or supplies?

All ritual materials are provided, including what you’ll need to create your Medicine Bag. You’re invited to bring your own journal and any sacred items that help you feel centered and supported. You will need to collect your Power Object each month.
