A holy pause in the turning of the seasons.
A moment when the earth rests, seeds dream beneath the soil, and the light prepares to return.
This gathering is an invitation to honor that pause.

A Solstice Circle of Rest. Renewal. Remembering. This is a gentle, nourishing circle where you are invited to lay down what has been heavy, tend to your nervous system, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to achieve.
Only space to be held, to listen, and to remember.

What to Expect
We will gather in sacred circle to move slowly and intentionally through an evening of embodied rest and reflection. Our time together will include:
• A guided meditation to journey inward and connect with inner wisdom
• Gentle, intuitive movement to allow the body to express and release
• Sacred art creation as a form of integration and remembering
• Quiet reflection and optional sharing in a supportive container

This experience is accessible to all bodies and all levels of experience. You are welcome exactly as you are.

This circle is for you if:
• You are feeling tired, tender, or overwhelmed
• You are craving rest and soulful connection
