MysticMovements New Moon in Pisces is a sacred evening of gentle dance, soft yoga, and women’s circle designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your intuition. We begin with meditation and a 25 minute guided gentle dance to awaken the body and release emotion, then transition into nurturing yoga to ground and soothe the nervous system. We close in sacred circle with journaling, ritual, and heartfelt sharing. This intimate gathering is open to six women and offers a quiet, soulful space for renewal under the New Moon.
