This unique fusion of body-positive Belly Dance, gentle fitness, and yoga-inspired flow is artfully crafted for the female body, celebrating strength, sensuality, and grace. Guided by a powerful soundtrack of uplifting dance beats, every movement becomes an invitation to embody your feminine essence and revel in how alive you feel. We’ll close our journey together in a shortened version of Wendy’s Sacred Women’s Circle, weaving the energy of movement into sisterhood, reflection, and soulful connection.

I invite you to pause for a moment and look at your life. I imagine that there are some wonderful parts of your life. And then there are other aspects which are less than desirable. You’ve attracted it all in. It’s just that the more negative aspects are coming from what’s unhealed (and no doubt unconscious) within you!
